
By necessity, we have strict cancellation policies and therefore highly recommend all guests purchase cancellation insurance from your insurance agent.
If written request of cancellation is received 6 weeks prior to your arrival, any funds received in excess of your non-refundable deposit will be returned. A written request of cancellation received less than six weeks prior to your arrival will receive no consideration. If you can find a replacement for your trip booked, any and all deposits received will be transferred to your replacement.
Amiskwi reserves the right to cancel any or part of a tour and will give as much notice as possible. Cancellation due to reasons beyond Amiskwi’s control will result in your non-refundable deposit being applied for a booking for the next season.
Guests choosing to depart prior to their Sunday departure must pay for the helicopter flight and will not be eligible for any refund or credit.
Guests whose flight is delayed due to factors beyond the control of Amiskwi Lodge (such as weather, public emergency, and aircraft availability) shall wait at least 24 hours before requesting cancellation.
Guests delayed overnight in Golden by factors beyond the control of Amiskwi Lodge will be responsible for their own accommodation and meals. Amiskwi lodge will refund the unused portion of their accommodation, within 30 days. Guests delayed at the lodge will not be charged for their extra stay.
Guests delayed over 24 hours in Golden, may request cancellation and receive full credit towards an alternative date for the next season.
If a guest is late for the helicopter flying, in or out, they will be responsible for the entire cost of a new flight connection.
